Who we are

Clickstarters is a digital marketing agency in Ontario, Canada. The public contact points are info@clickstarters.ca and +1 416-822-3529.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website if you give one, your message, a preferred time if you give one, and the page address you sent the form from. The host also keeps ordinary server logs, such as a browser type and an IP address, to run and protect the site.

Why we collect it

We use this to reply to you, to book a call, and to keep a record of the enquiry. Personal information stays with Clickstarters.

Where it goes

The form is sent through a Google Apps Script web app into GoHighLevel, the customer system we use to track enquiries, so the note reaches the people who will reply. Access is limited to Clickstarters.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are in conversation, and afterwards as needed for our records. You can ask us to delete a note once that record has served its purpose.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Email info@clickstarters.ca or call +1 416-822-3529.
